Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become clients are usually kept for up to 24 months. Client advice files are retained for periods required by financial services regulation and our professional indemnity obligations, typically at least six years after the end of the relationship, and longer where rules require.

Sharing

We use service providers for email hosting, IT support, and (if consented) analytics. Where advice requires product applications, we share necessary data with providers you instruct us to approach. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable, and you may withdraw consent for analytics cookies.
